DESIGN PROCESS
1) Hearing
What kind fo future do you want to create? I will gently explore your current situation, your challenges, and your life story. Together, we’ll clalify the future you’re aming for and shape the direction of the design accordingly.
2) Concept Image
Based on what i learn from our consultation, I will share a clear concept images with you. Once we both feel aligned and confident in the direction, we will move forward with the design process.
3) Schematic Design
I will create deatiled drawings, including floor plans with furniture placement. Based on these plans, I will propose the layout, color palette, furniture selections, wall and ceiling design to ensure a cohesive and harmonious space.
4) Construction Design
Based on the agreement form Step 3, I will prepare detailed drawings and specifications, including a furniture and materials purchase list. I will then provide the final cost estimate for your review.
5) Order & Delivery
I will place the order with the contractor, arrange the furniture purchases and deliveries, and oversee all coordination to ensure everythihng is excuted smoothly.
6) Handover
Final inspection and review of the complted space.
While there may be slight variations depending on the project or its specifies, this is generally the processs we follow.
I proceed carefully, maintaing clear and attentive communication every step of the way.
